Because our products are 3D printed and often made to order, we cannot offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or a suitable resolution.
Sale items, custom prints, and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.

Orders shipped to the European Union are subject to the 14-day cooling-off period, as required by law.
